By accessing minime-games.com or purchasing a personalised game, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts & Security

• Use Google Auth only once per natural person.
• Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Licence & Ownership

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play the purchased game on your own devices.
• MiniMe and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the avatar meshes, textures, code and artwork. Commercial use, redistribution or automated scraping is prohibited.

5. User Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that are pornographic, hateful, illegal, or infringe third-party rights.
• Use generated avatars to defame, harass or harm any person.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer or benchmark the Service.
• Use bots to automate account creation or gameplay.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow the Refund Policy above.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to MiniMe in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 100—whichever is higher.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MiniMe harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, U.S.A. Any dispute will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes 7 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
