MiniMe Games ('MiniMe', 'we', 'our' or 'us') operates the website minime-games.com (the 'Service'). At the time of publishing we are an unincorporated business operated from Bat-Yam, Israel and in the process of forming MiniMe Games LLC in Delaware, U.S.A.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal data when you:
- Visit or interact with minime-games.com;
- Create an account or log in with Google;
- Upload selfies to generate a 3D avatar;
- Purchase or download a personalised game;
- Receive marketing e-mails or contact us for support.

4. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users aged 13-16 must have parental consent. We allow adult purchasers to create games for children aged 8+, but the purchaser-not the child-uploads any photo and manages the account.
5. Cookies & similar tech
We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) that blocks non-essential cookies (Google Analytics) until you click “Accept”. You can withdraw consent anytime via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

8. Your rights

9. Security
We enforce HTTPS, HSTS, least-privilege access, regular penetration tests, and Content-Security-Policy headers. While no service is 100% secure, we work to protect your data against unauthorised access.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will e-mail account holders and post a banner for material changes. Continued use after the “Effective Date” means you accept the revised Policy.
