The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users aged 13-16 must have parental consent. We allow adult purchasers to create games for children aged 8 +, but the purchaser-not the child-uploads any photo and manages the account.
We use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) that blocks non-essential cookies (Google Analytics) until you click “Accept”. You can withdraw consent anytime via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

We enforce HTTPS, HSTS, least-privilege access, regular penetration tests, and Content-Security-Policy headers. While no service is 100% secure, we work to protect your data against unauthorised access.
We may update this Policy. We will e-mail account holders and post a banner for material changes. Continued use after the “Effective Date” means you accept the revised Policy.
