Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Window
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the finished avatar. After that window we consider the order fulfilled and non‑refundable.
2. How to Request
E‑mail info@minime-games.com with:
- Order ID (PayPal transaction ID)
- Reason for refund
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and—if approved—issue the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Discretionary Refunds
If technical failures make the game unusable, or if the avatar quality is demonstrably defective, we may offer a replacement or partial refund even after 24 hours at our sole discretion.
4. Non‑Refundable Scenarios
- Requests made after gameplay has exceeded 30 minutes.
- Where the user refused to supply additional photos needed for a fix.
- Abuse of the refund system (more than two refunds in 12 months).
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your MiniMe account.
